The short version. We do not collect your personal data. There is no account, no sign-up and no server that receives what you write. Everything you enter stays on your own device.
Nothing. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software of any kind, and it never transmits what you write anywhere.
The app stores the following on your device, so it is there when you next open it:
None of this leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it. Deleting the app deletes it. Because it lives only on your device, we cannot read it and we cannot recover it for you.
When you share your ring, export a cycle or make a backup, the app creates the file on your device and hands it to your phone's own share sheet. You choose where it goes. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Reminders are scheduled on your device. No push server is involved and nothing is sent over the internet. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone's settings.
Premium is bought and managed by Apple's App Store. We never see your payment details; Apple processes the purchase under its own privacy policy.
To confirm a subscription across your devices, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier and the store's purchase receipt. It does not receive your intentions or anything else you write. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
The app is not directed at children under 13. Since no personal information is collected at all, none is collected from a child.
Under the GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws you may access, export and delete your personal data. Because we hold none, you exercise these rights directly in the app:
